About the Role
The company is looking for a VIP Account Manager to provide a high level of personalized support to VIP players, build long-term relationships, and ensure a smooth and premium player experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of VIP players
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer service via chat, email, and calls
- Provide tailored offers, bonuses, and incentives based on player behavior
- Analyzing requests and understanding client needs
- Build and implement an effective strategy for player interaction and communication
- Monitor player activity and proactively engage to increase retention
- Handle VIP queries, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in a natural, non-intrusive way
- Track performance and report on VIP player metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming, both casino and sportsbook
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional tone
- Ability to understand client behavior and communicate effectively
- English proficiency at B2–C2 level
- Additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French, Greek, German, etc.) will be a plus
- Attention to detail and logical thinking
- Ability to work in a multitasking and dynamic environment
