About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Security Lead to take full ownership of our internal IT and security infrastructure, from strategic vision to hands-on implementation. We need someone with strong expertise who can bring modern security practices, Zero Trust architecture, and AI governance into the iGaming industry, moving away from outdated, restrictive IT conventions.
Responsibilities
- Centralized Security: Build a centralized IT security and infrastructure management system across all legal entities of the group.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Segregate data, drives, and folders by legal entity; manage centralized provisioning and deprovisioning of access; oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Network Security: Audit the infrastructure, configure dedicated IPs for company groups, manage corporate VPNs, and enable secure network switching for specific employees.
- Device Management (MDM): Centrally manage MacBooks, Windows devices, and remote desktops; restrict user privileges; implement factory reset protection.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Monitoring: Monitor the downloading, deletion, and transferring of files and USB device usage; log activities; ensure data backups and secure remote access to corporate data.
- Software & AI Security: Audit applications, browser extensions, and AI tools; approve new integrations; block insecure services.
- Corporate Accounts: Enforce 2FA; centrally manage email and messengers; secure account creation processes; evaluate corporate platforms (e.g., Slack).
- Incident Response: Detect suspicious activity, hacking attempts, and data leaks; configure alerts and establish rapid response procedures.
- Mobile Security: Protect work data on personal devices (BYOD), manage corporate SIM cards and SMS, and enable remote data wipe capabilities.
- Special Projects: Participate in the development of a secure AI assistant for managing a high volume of email accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Security Engineer, Senior SysAdmin, or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Proven experience in engineering design and implementing systems from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf, etc.), IAM/SSO, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Strong expertise in networking (VLANs, routing, corporate VPNs) and the implementation of DLP systems.
Nice to Have
What We Offer
- Fully remote work format.
- A high degree of autonomy: the ability to make independent architectural decisions and build IT processes for the entire group of companies.
