Senior Game Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Game Producer to own the full lifecycle of casino game development, from concept to release, while ensuring product vision, market fit, and commercial success across the game portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Shape concepts for new casino games: theme, gameplay, mechanics, bonus features, visual presentation, and overall player experience;
• Lead games through the full development cycle: concept → pre-production → development → release → post-launch analysis;
• Prepare and defend game concepts, product vision, and requirements to the team and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with game designers, mathematicians, artists, developers, animators, sound designers, and QA;
• Make key product decisions and ensure the original game vision is preserved throughout development;
• Analyse the market, competitor games, popular mechanics, and current player behaviour trends;
• Account for differences across markets, operators, and audience segments when designing games;
• Oversee scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks;
• Prioritise and balance project ambition against development cost and time-to-market;
• Run regular game reviews and provide the team with specific, actionable feedback;
• Analyse performance of released games: player engagement, retention, bet count and volume, GGR, mechanic performance, and other product metrics;
• Use data from previous releases to inform decisions on upcoming games;
• Contribute to release planning and long-term game portfolio strategy;
• Improve development processes and raise the quality of product decisions within the team;
• Mentor less experienced producers and help game teams grow in autonomy.

Requirements

• Experience at a casino game provider / slot provider as a Game Producer, Senior Game Producer, Product Owner, or comparable role;
• 5+ years of experience in game development, with significant experience in online casino and real-money gaming;
• Experience creating and launching commercial slot games or other casino products;
• A track record of shipped games where you held a key product or producer role;
• Strong understanding of the online casino market and the factors driving a game's commercial success;
• Deep understanding of slot mechanics and core casino game parameters: paylines and ways-to-win, volatility, RTP, hit frequency, bonus mechanics, free spins, multipliers, jackpots, Hold & Win, and other common mechanics;
• Ability to evaluate a game from the player's perspective, commercial potential, and development feasibility simultaneously;
• Strong product thinking: understanding who the game is for, why players should choose it, and how it stands out from competitors;
• Experience managing a cross-functional development team;
• Ability to turn an abstract idea into a clear concept, requirements, and actionable tasks for the team;
• Ability to make decisions under incomplete information and take ownership of outcomes;
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating games for multiple markets and audience segments;
• Strong understanding of game mathematics;
• Experience creating branded or exclusive games for operators;
• Hands-on experience with Hold & Win, Megaways, jackpots, cluster slots, crash games, or instant games;
• Understanding of certification requirements and regulated market specifics;
• Experience working with game analytics and A/B testing;
• Experience managing multiple game teams or projects simultaneously;
• Involvement in shaping game portfolio strategy and long-term release planning.
