About the Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior) to build and scale partnerships across Tier-1/2/3 GEOs, manage a wide range of traffic types, and drive performance through data-driven affiliate strategy. The role is based in the Riga office, with relocation assistance available (excluding candidates from Russia and Belarus).

Responsibilities

  • Search for and onboard new affiliate partners across Tier-1/2/3 countries;
  • Analyse the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
  • Audit partner placements and traffic sources;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports;
  • Develop and scale existing partnerships;
  • Select and manage relevant offers;
  • Handle technical integration of partners (links, postbacks, etc.);
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and monitor competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Experience working with different affiliate cooperation models;
  • Solid understanding of various traffic types and their specifics;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Confident Excel skills;
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities;
  • High level of responsibility and organisation;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • English level B2/C1 or above.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in iGaming affiliate management.
